Cost guide

What an LED wall rental actually costs.

There is no single sticker price. Five things move the number, and they are the same five every time. Here is what they are, in plain terms, so you can read your own quote.

What drives the cost

Five levers, every time.

  1. 01

    Tiles and pixel pitch

The biggest lever. More tiles cost more, and finer pitch (1.5 mm, 1.9 mm) costs more per tile than 2.6 mm or 3.9 mm because there are more LEDs in the same space.

  2. 02

    Labor and crew

Install, signal, show-running, and strike. A self-install with our documentation trims this; a full crew adds it back as a clear line item.

  3. 03

    Rigging

A ground-supported wall is simpler than one hung from the ceiling. Hanging adds rigging, motors, and certified labor.

  4. 04

    Content prep

Mapping content to the exact wall resolution and aspect ratio, and a pre-test on the rig. Light if your files are ready, more if they need work.

  5. 05

    Rental duration

A one-day booth and a week-long install price differently. Longer holds and multi-city tours change the math.

What it typically runs.

Every wall is quoted to the build, so treat these as starting ranges, not a price list. Send us the booth size, the pixel pitch, and the city, and we'll spec the real number.

The wall itself

Small booth wall (10–16 ft, 25–40 tiles)
$4,500–$7,000
Mid-size wall (45–100 tiles)
$12,000–$25,000
Bigger, curved, or fine-pitch
above that

All-in for the show

Gear + install + on-site crew + freight.

Single-wall booth, crewed
$10,000–$14,000
Mid booth with audio + zones
$20,000–$36,000

By the piece

On-site crew, per tech per day
$650–$1,250
Freight, local, each way
$250–$325
LED sphere
$14,000–$17,000
LED podium
~$1,000
66″ LED counter
~$2,000

What moves you inside the range: tile count, pixel pitch (finer costs more per tile), whether we crew it or you do, ground-supported vs hung, content prep, and rental length.

Sizing

Feet, metric, and the closest fit.

Booth size in feet maps to 500 mm tiles, and the wall lands on the closest achievable dimension to what you asked for. We give you the number in feet and metric, name the closest fit, and flag the 90-degree corner option before you commit. Install can be our tech or your crew with our documentation, and that choice is a clear line item, not a surprise. See install and crew.

Cost FAQ

Cost questions, answered.

How much does it cost to rent an LED wall?

There is no flat number, but here is the ballpark: a small booth wall runs roughly $4,500 to $7,000 for the gear, a mid-size wall $12,000 to $25,000, and a crewed single-wall booth lands around $10,000 to $14,000 all-in. What moves it: tile count, pixel pitch, crew, rigging, content prep, and how long you need it. Send us the booth or stage size and we spec the real number.

Is an LED wall priced per square foot?

Roughly, the tile portion scales with area and pitch, but a square-foot number alone misses labor, rigging, content, and duration. We price the whole package, not just the panels.

Does finer pixel pitch cost more?

Yes. A 1.5 mm or 1.9 mm wall packs more LEDs into the same area than a 2.6 mm or 3.9 mm wall, so it costs more per tile. You only need the finer pitch when the audience or a camera is close.

What is included in the price?

The LED, the processing, and the spec work. Crew, rigging, and content prep are line items we state plainly so there are no mystery charges.

Does sending a tech cost extra?

A crew is a line item. You can also self-install with our unpack, setup, and repack documentation to trim it. We lay out both paths so you pick the one that fits the budget.
