Printing United 2025 - Lexjet
The one ring to rule them all.
Project Components
Dual Rigged LED Video Rings (Inside + Outside)
At the core of the structure were two fully rigged LED video rings (one positioned inside and one outside) installed back-to-back to deliver video on both sides. This created a true 360° storytelling surface, ensuring the content remained visible and impactful whether attendees approached from the aisle, entered the booth, or viewed it from a distance. The rings weren’t just architectural; they were cinematic, wrapping animated visuals and brand messaging around the audience with effortless continuity.
Four Cardinal LED Walls (North, East, South, West)
Surrounding the rings, four rectangular LED walls were flown outside the structure, aligned with the cardinal directions (North, East, South, and West). Each wall was also built back-to-back, allowing dual-sided playback and maximizing visibility from multiple approach angles. This layout turned the installation into a directional beacon: no matter where traffic flowed, there was always a high-impact surface presenting synchronized content that pulled eyes toward the center.
Hanging LED Sphere + Ground-Level LED Counter
Completing the visual ecosystem was a suspended LED sphere floating as a central focal point, paired with an LED counter on the ground that added an interactive, brand-forward anchor at attendee level. Together, these elements created vertical depth: content lived above, around, and within the booth environment, making the experience feel layered, premium, and fully intentional rather than “just a bunch of screens.”
High-Resolution Visual Performance + Unified Synchronization
Using high-resolution 2.6mm tiles, the entire system delivered stunning clarity and punch, achieving an overall width of 11,520 pixels; a massive digital canvas built for detail-rich motion graphics and vibrant color reproduction. Every component was synchronized to operate as one cohesive visual narrative, allowing content to flow across surfaces with timing, consistency, and purpose.
Seamless Technical + Creative Collaboration
Execution was powered by tight coordination between our technical crew and the client’s video team. The handoff was smooth, the system behaved exactly as designed, and the final playback delivered what great show-floor content should: crisp animations, vivid color, and movement that stops people mid-walk. The result was a polished, high-performance installation that looked as strong in motion as it did in concept.
From across the expo hall, it didn’t read like a typical tradeshow display… it read like a beacon. Suspended above the crowd was a giant floating ring, gleaming with motion and color like something forged for a purpose beyond decoration. Attendees didn’t just notice it… they followed it. Like travelers drawn toward a landmark on the horizon, they moved aisle by aisle toward this “ring of power,” where light, story, and spectacle converged into a single destination.
Built for exhibitors, booth builders, and marketing agencies who want more than static signage, this installation was designed to surround the audience, guide attention, and turn casual foot traffic into fully engaged visitors.
Every element above, around, and at ground level worked together to transform the space into a living, cinematic environment.
In the heart of the show floor, our team unveiled a centerpiece that felt less like a booth feature and more like a modern landmark; an installation designed to draw crowds from every aisle.
Anchored by a giant floating ring, this display carried the presence of a “ring of power” in the best sense: bold, unmistakable, and impossible to ignore. This immersive LED ecosystem transformed the space into a living canvas, one that invited attendees in, surrounded them with motion, and left a lasting impression long after they moved on.

This project wasn’t built to blend in, or for those afraid of adventure.
It was built to command attention.
In a place where attention is the rarest treasure, this installation became the kind of centerpiece people talk about after the doors close. The floating rings, cardinal walls, LED sphere, and synchronized counter didn’t operate as separate features; they formed a single, unified experience that guided the crowd like a story unfolding in real time.
The result was a show-floor destination with the pull of legend: a “ring of power” not meant to rule, but to captivate—turning passing glances into gathered crowds, and gathered crowds into meaningful engagement. For brands and builders looking to create something truly unforgettable, this project proves what happens when ambitious creative meets flawless technical execution: the booth becomes a world of its own, and the audience gladly steps into it.
